  • As soon as you go under contract! The earlier we’re looped in, the smoother the process runs and the less potential there is for key details to slip through the cracks.

  • That’s totally up to you.

    Some agents prefer that we handle all logistics and updates directly (keeping you cc’ed), while others prefer to stay client-facing with us working behind the scenes.

    Your clients are our clients, and we take that responsibility very seriously — you can rest easy and know that we will go above and beyond to deliver a smooth, exceptional experience every single time.

  • It can feel odd at first to offload parts of your administrative workload, but don’t worry — we’ve got you! Our goal is to serve as a trusted extension of your team.

    You’ll be copied on every email sent on behalf of you or your clients — this step ensures that we’re all working from the same playbook and have the same information at all times.

    We’ll also send plenty of reminders before each deadline so no details are missed.

  • We’re so glad you asked! Partnering with a transaction coordinator is one of the smartest ways you can invest in your business. Here are a few tips to get the most out of our engagement:

    • Bring us in early — the sooner we’re involved, the smoother the handoff (and the fewer loose ends we’ll deal with later)

    • Let us know your preferred communication preferences — we work hard to build great relationships with our agents. Part of that is clearly defining communication preferences up front to keep us proactive and aligned

    • Empower us to take ownership — we’ve managed hundreds of contracts and are experts in real estate transaction coordination from contract to close. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with our agents rooted in mutual trust, respect and reliability

    • Keep us copied on all relevant emails — even if there isn’t a direct action item for us, context is always useful and can help ensure there are no gaps down the line

    • Do you have other administrative needs? Ask us! We’re actively working to expand our service portfolio to better meet the wide ranging needs of our agents — please let us know how we can help!

    With hundreds of successful closings under our belt, we have tried-and-true systems for keeping every file organized so you can focus on building relationships, not chasing paperwork.

  • If a contract doesn’t make it to closing, a small termination fee applies to cover the time and effort already invested.

    • Under contract up to 14 days: $100

    • Under contract >15 days: $150

    We appreciate our agents supporting this policy to help us maintain the level of service, support and value they rely on for each transaction.

  • We use a variety of systems for tracking key dates, deadlines, documents and communication, including DotLoop and the Google platform.

  • We charge a flat fee per transaction, paid at closing.

    In addition to contract to close, we’re happy to offer a range of other administrative services to lighten your load.
